Great place to get ripped off. My phone died so knowing that I was already due for an upgrade I went to this location. Heres what happened - The guy said Sprint no longer does contracts all phone plans are now month to month.-lie - Told me the ONLY way I can purchase the new phone is on a pymnt plan and even tho Im no longer eligible for my 50% off upgrade that there would still be a "discount"-outright lie on both. They absolutely still have phone plans and after almost a year of making pymnts on this phone the payoff is still over $600 on this device! Almost forgot to mention, when buying the new phone they failed to mention,as in other posts here, that the new phones are not 100% compatible with their wonderful new 4G LTE because of some holdup on the network being up and running at 100% so the new $800 device is not capable of a simple phone call while youre on the internet! way to go backwards 5 or 6 yrs in the multitasking dept Sprint.. When I called back and questioned them as to why they dont tell their business customers this VERY important detail I was told that the employees were instructed to "mention" that to customers?! I said No one "mentioned" that to me and her reply? "I dont know what to tell you sir" Pretty sure they know if they "mention" that bit of information about 80% of people would not buy the phone at all. Sprint has the most awful customer service. Ive paid thousands in phone bills to these people for over 15yrs now and to just get completely jacked and lied to by their store employees is pretty sad. I wouldnt recommend this store or Sprint to anyone. My daughter dropped em after this and went to Crickett and pays 1/3 the price and tells me the service and signal are actually better than Sprint..Crickett for god sakes!!!

I was reminded why I dont go to this store unless necessary. I went to the North store because my phone was stolen at a convention this weekend. They were very helpful and were prepared to get me back into the same phone I had stolen at no charge to me. However they were out of the phone needed. The helpful salesman said let me call the South store and see if they have what you need. I was informed that they had plenty. I met the manager and quickly explained the situation. He immediately began to question whether my phone was really stolen, and informed me that because they at the South store do things properly would have to do things properly and couldnt honor what the North store offered. This even after he told me that it made perfect sense what I was offered, but that they couldnt do it. It occurred to me as I got more and more steamed on the drive home that the manager at the South store got it very wrong and the manager at the North store got it very right. I dont doubt that the "correct" way to handle me was being followed to the letter at his store, but the other guys saw that Ive been with Sprint for 15+ years and worked to make the customer happy. Where has loyalty and service gone? Certainly not at this store.

My mother simply wanted to have phone activated and contacts/photos put on new phone. I spend thousands a year on 6 phones on our business plan. She said she didnt want to bother her kids or husband with this phone stuff, and she really doesnt understand all of it. Thus, she went to the store where she thought they could help. One employee lied to her, ignored her... eventually activated her phone and told her theres no way to transfer stuff over without an "SD" card that she had to buy right then from him. Then he joked with other employees, played video games on his computer the whole time, and walked away. On her way home she broke down in tears. She told me she never lets people get to her like that, it was just an awful experience.

Met with Ryan today at this branch, incredibly rude after I told her that the offer to repair my phone that is heating up like a frying pan was unnaceptable, that I wanted a new or different phone. Then she told me she was going to go talk to her manager and see what she could do...? Was I at a car lot? Came back with "call manufacturer"! Told them I did not buy from manufacturer, I bought from Sprint......nobody takes responsibility!!! When I told her manager that I was going to write a Google review, he and Ryan said they would not warranty my charger then either. Petty.............wasnt about them, was about me....the client....not getting my desired result.... These people make car salesmen seem like angels!!!!!!!

WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. Manager Matt was so rude! I have been a customer for 15 years. I returned a tablet to Matt and another sales rep and he said he would take it off my bill. Months later I am still getting a $90 charge and then they said they dont have record of me returning the tablet! How did they drop the ball so badly?! He basically implied that I lied about returning it (saying, "well IF you returned it.."), never apologized for my wasted hours of frustration, offered me a cheaper plan for the tablet (which I dont even have!), and then told me corporate wont help me! HORRIBLE.

i dropped sprint after 15 years of being with them - They lied to me I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes with them on the phone to get my bill lowered and each time I was transferred I was told the plan I was promised from the first person was not what they said it was. You have to talk to one person to get a plan then they transfer you to the phone purchasing agent - Then I need to speak to another agent to cancel one of my lines how A nine is that and oh yeah the Sprint store nice people but cannot help you if you want to lower your plan and turn off un needed lines

went in to look into upgrading me and my wifes phones and a young lady greeted him and took me over to her work station. she ask me for my account information and another group of customers came in behind greeted by someone else. They told that other customer they wanted to start new service and she began to get upset and say to the female co worker next to her .. " Can you believe that!" .. she lost total focus on me.. making feel like I costed her a better sale! Very disappointed with this store right now!

I like that they have the machine here to pay your phone bill. I once waited for over an hour at another sprint store while both associates were dealing with two other customers who wanted more and more phones, more lines, more expensive plans, expensive phone cases, and then when it came time to check out they had a fist full of declining credit cards. One hour I waited. Just to pay my bill. So that they could maybe get some commission. So I left, and I made it here just in time before they closed.

So a week ago when i came in i was treaded horribly and refused service just because i had no credit. I even had enough money to buy any phone there. Then a week later i came in with my mom and they treated me completely different because i got a different worker and now i have the phone i wanted. I gave 4 stars cause it took me 2 trips to get it though. Veronica, the girl who helped me, deserves a raise, and the girl that refused me service the first time needs to be retrained.
