They would not call across town to see if the other store had a shirt in the size I needed and told me I had to call because it would take a sales person off both floors (10-12 sales people standing around at the store I was in, a few texting). I called the store and they had it so I asked if I could pay here and have a family member that lives a few blocks away pick it up... Nope. Terrible customer service and I will buy my items elsewhere.

I looked online before going to this location. The website showed that they had UTA merchandise. I asked the associate when I got there where the UTA merchandise was located and he said they didnt carry UTA items. How can they not carry items for a college thats 20 miles away?

Absolute crooks. Over priced and deceptive, poorly organized and missed labled displays. Didnt even offer to make it right. They dont stand behind their word. Never going back and plan on returning the items after my anger reduces. Very upset.

Very excited to have a Rally House near by... But this store is the smallest Ive been to and has a very limited selection, which stinks. Hopefully theyll expand in the future.
