While visiting a friend in the area I stopped at 7 11 at LBJ/JOSEY for my usual icee refill that i purchase multiple times a day all around Richardson, Garland,Plano areas at $1.40 with tax. After waiting in line behind 7 people & at least 5 after me I told him refill, again. He then charged me $3.05. I saw that come up & daid you cant charge me that for a refill! He said "wait Ill see what I can do" he then rang up $2.05 & disgustef as I was I put in my card to pay &he began lecturing me about what I was getting wasnt a refill blah on & on the whole time the machine was processing. I interrupted him & said just save your lecture Im not a regular here so you wont have to worry about it. He responded by handing me my receipt & saying " go on, get out if here I dont need you" OH YES HE DID with ALL those people in their. Speaks volumes for the lack of respect & appreciation some foreigners display in America. I plan on contacting corporate

The workers here are very prejudice!! I just went in and prepaid for $17.00 on pump 4 and then went to get some drinks. I come back and he still hasnt turned the pump on! He asked me are on on pump 4 I said yes 3 different times! He still didnt want to turn it on! I said let me guess you dont want to turn it on because there is a black guy standing there! He said yes I said yall are very prejudice that is my husband standing there so he finally turns it on. I proceed to purchase the rest of my stuff and the prices was not ringing up the advertised price so I went and got the sign for them and they said that is expired and I said well thats your advertised price so needless to say I left without the merchandise and will not return here ever!!

I wanted to purchase fuel and a few other items but the clerk said that he was doing shift change at midnight. I thought shift change was at 6am, 2pm and 10pm. I guess that clerk did not want to be disturbed while doing the delivery from E.A. Sween of his donuts, milk and grill items. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
