The store manager Tre was handling a very difficult customer when I came to check out. He was calm and tried to do his best to help the lady who was trying to return a pair of boys light up shoes that had been heavily worn down and the lights had stopped working. She did not have a receipt and was furious he wouldnt give a new pair for free. He did try to give the same shoe at a discount but it was not good enough for her and her 4 wild.kiddos so she left. Tre was a respectable gentleman and projected phenomenal customers service. Him and Miss Sasha the sales rep behide the counter will be the reason my family and I return in the future.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. When I went in the store, there were 5 young employees talking in a close cluster. I was not greeted or ever asked if I needed help. I noticed that no other customers were greeted or asked if they needed help. The selection was tremendous, but the prices were unbelievably high for this being an "outlet". The only good deals were the shoes on clearance.

I love this place. A massive selection and great prices. The clearance rack is pretty extensive if youre into that kind of thing. Keep an eye out for their buy one get one half off sales, too.

Good clearance section, but usually doesnt have current styles. On occasion I can find Size 14 at this location, but its rare.

Prices do not reflect a "outlet" a clearance pair almost identical to a sale shoe $1 cheaper.
