Went by just today and I am pretty sure they are under new management. Their prices went up double the price. Its ridiculous. As a teacher for young children I try my hardest to find bargains since I dont make as much as a regular teacher does... but seriously I rather just go to the dollar tree. Better finds there. Where is the "good" in the goodwill now? Go to another one. I wouldnt recommend yhis place to anyone.

This particular Goodwill has a ton of clothes; lots of t-shirts mostly, which are $1.69 a piece regular price. They do have deals every day, though. They have a small selection of VHS tapes and DVDs and a good number of CDs and old CD-ROM computer games. Theres also some old CRT televisions as of my recent visit if youre into the competitive gaming scene. Overall, really fun place to visit.

This store does exactly what it sets out to do. Ive seen complaints and I will address them: Why would you go into a goodwill and ask for discounts? Are you serious? Why would you complain about the return policy? Do you know what kind of store it is? That is all.

Over priced broken items manager is rude i will never return asked the manager for a better price for broken item but he said it was already discounted (lies) south mcallen is way better than this pice of crap manager i mean store

store manager was buzzy when I went and didnt come out till after employee said I could return something electrical then he was RUDE told me its new policy its on the receipt , its just 3.99 but I will never shop here again .

Its was okay but alot of the cloth is torn and some of the things are broken and I dont recommend going into the bathroom they smell and there really dirty I couldnt stand it
