The experience that I have had with stores such as these, though limited, has always been slightly uncomfortable. Dirty stores, creepy sales clerks, unfavorable atmospheres. As such, I was prepared for the same when I visited The Spot Boutique. To my amazement, the store was very clean, very organized and well kept, and it did not have the clichéd atmosphere of what can often be found in this industry. The gentleman who was manning the store at this particular time, was in fact, a true gentleman. Not once was I made to feel uncomfortable or pressured. The Spot has an expansive selection, regardless of your tastes and quirks, and their pricing is very reasonable. I am also happy to report that my second visit to The Spot, was just as pleasurable as the first. I have already, and will continue, to recommend this store to others. The Spot is appropriately named, and will be my final destination when it comes to purchases of this nature.

Many of my friends shop at The Spot Boutique, and they all talk highly about this store, their products, and its friendly and outgoing staff. When I first decided to go check out the place, I expected to walk into an ordinary adult store. My expectations were not only met, but blown out of the roof! The owner of The spot Boutique provided a great, funny, and warm aura which made me feel in my comfort zone. I never feel comfortable in adult stores, but this time I did. I walked out of the store with with Lelo for my girlfriend and an Ego-T electric cigarette! I am very happy with my purchase, and just to top it off, I received an extra 10% off of my total since it was my first time shopping at The Spot Boutique! I am definitely a new and repeat customer. Ill be back soon <3

I have to say I am extremely impressed with The Spot! Excellent customer service & the staff has the ability to make what could be an embarrassing situation for some, a stress free, enjoyable experience. The Spot is THE place to buy my toys. Nick is AWESOME and truly cares about the customers needs and desires. He keeps up with the latest and best products and makes sure he understands what your likes are and makes suggestions for further experimentation. Absolutely hassle free when it comes to warranty issues, I had my favorite toy "die", which was slated to be discontinued and he found a replacement and exchanged it for me without question. I cant say enough for how comfortable this store makes you feel and I will for sure tell everyone this is the place to go!

Extremely nice place, very impressed. Excellent products & excellent staff knowledge. Ive experienced adult toy stores all around the world. The Spot is one of the best places I have found to buy my toys. The owner is very nice and has the customers best interest at heart. Very genuine guy. He keeps up with the latest and best products. Absolutely hassle free when it comes to warranty. As with any product I purchased a product and 7 months later it failed. The owner told me to bring it in and he would replace it with a new model. I did and he gladly replaced it. Customer service is the very best. I just want to thank them for taking care of me each time I come in. I will keep passing the word around! A+++++++!!!

The Spot is your new home away from home! The friendly employees always make you feel welcome and give you the best experience every single visit. They are VERY knowledgeable about ALL their amazing products which is why I trust them. I have never had a warm and fuzzy feeling in any other adult novelty store where everything is out of stock and the employees are rude. To enhance your experience and get a sense of community, this colorful boutique even has monthly neighborhood welcome store parties where you can mingle and chat with the vendors of new products. We are so incredibly lucky we were finally graced with such a wonderful place like The Spot!

OMG I love this place!! It was the first time I had ever been in an adult novelty shop and I was very nervous but Jen made me feel right at home. Nick was very funny and when walking into the shop said "Daddy has new toys!" making everything funnier. Jen was very happy to help with all my questions and concerns. I bought a great toy and brought it home it was awesome!! This is seriously the best place ever! I went back tonight and bought a Lelo with the help of Nick and it is the best thing ever! I will be coming back for more and I recommend if you havent checked this place out you definitely should.

Top notch all the way!!! The staff was awesome :) Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Its waaayyy classier than Condoms to Go and the other shops around town but the pricing was very reasonable. They still have some very high end stuff too which is nice. I would highly recommend this place if youve always wanted to try buying toys but were afraid of gross pervy people pushing product on you. This place was nothing like that.... I walked in and looked around, was able to ask questions and feel totally normal and not grossed out lol :) Great place for both girls and guys!

Great store. It is well lit, and all of the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this store for all of your adult entertainment needs. Unlike other stores that make you feel uncomfortable in or some stores that intimidate people, The Spot has clearly placed merchandise and everyone in there wants to help you learn about and explore yourself. There is no pressure to buy things that you dont want, but they will help answer any questions about all of their products. The store was designed to be accessible to women, unlike other stores that are male centric.

Wasnt aware there was a party, walked in every body warmly greeted. Cat very very attentive. They immediately invited me to their One Year Anniversary Party, offered me food, drinks. I was blown away, anticipation for the need of their clients. Now a days very unusual to come across that type of attention. If I still live in Dallas I certainly go more than often. But for sure any time I visit Dallas I will visit The Spot Boutique. It is a must visit. Almost didnt mention...the items in the store out of the ordinary...thats is greatness... Thank you guys

The Spot is by far the best place I have been to shop for adult toys for me and my significant other! Very pleased with the selection and quality of their products! The customer service is simply exceptional! They made me feel very comfortable in my surroundings and maintained a very professional attitude while answering any and all questions I had about products I was purchasing. Love Love Love this shop! Its definitely not your typical sexy stuff shop. I went in to this shop about 2 years ago for some lingerie and now I will not shop for sexy stuff anywhere else. Its a beautiful shop, clean and enjoyable to visit. Theres always a fresh selection to check out. AND absolutely the best customer service. Nick (The Spot Guy) even texts to let me know when they get new lingerie in that I would be interested in! Im so impressed with this shop and highly recommend that everyone who wants to feel a little (or a lot) sexy CHECK IT OUT!!
