I had gone to Dicks and Academy before but their staff was no where to be found and their equipment is subpar. I found MGE and I doubt ill be going back to anywhere else. The owner of the website/store helped me pick what I needed to get he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their body solid line is far better than the equiment I found at the other retailers. I will return to the store for my future purchases as the equipment I got there was easy to assemble and is solid even for us larger guys. The store itself is easily identifable from 380 and I cant recommend this place enough to the others I know who work out at home.

Paul and his staff at McKinney Gym Equipment have the best customer service I have EVER experienced!! I purchased a GHD machine from them and it had a manufacturing flaw. They replaced the piece with a new one with no questions asked. I received a call a few weeks later saying that they had been working on a better solution since our exchange. They put together a better replacement that they wanted to trade out with me for free to ensure that I had a superior product. They went out of their way to deliver the new, improved piece, and I have no doubt that we have a higher quality product now.

A little difficult to find, but well worth the trip. I was looking for an Olympic weight set and weight tree on July 3rd. I fully expected this locally owned store to be closed, but to my surprise he was open. The owner is friendly and was glad to show me all of the choices I had. Overall, I got a great price and he helped me load everything in my truck. I would gladly buy from these folks again. Hes also a great source for kettlebells.

Purchased a GDCC200 and have ZERO regrets! Customer service was top notch every step of the way. I even received a call the day after to make sure I was pleased with their service. I would not only recommend the GDC200 I would HIGHLY recommend McKinney!
