Attached to the Flamingo store is a convenience store, that just cant seem to open on time. They have it posted that they are open 9am Mon-Friday, but this is the third time Ive gone up there, after 9am, and theres no one there. No lights on, chain on the door. Ive spoke with the owner and hes informed me several times they are supposed to be open at 9am. Dont tell people one thing and then do the other.
