The only reason I rated this store 1star was to write this review. The manager (little light skinned black guy) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I went to the window to purchase money orders and to pay a bill but wasnt even acknowledged after he and myself made eye contact. I saw the young lady whom was supposed to be working the window tending to other business as if I wasnt there and another young lady in line behind me. The manager looked at me once again then said something to her. Shes continued on with what she was xoing. I stood there about five more minutes and decided to take my money and business elsewhere. I was going to purchase some groceries but Ill take my money to Walmart since youre really not saving there anyway.

I just moved back to Dallas a few weeks ago. I wasnt aware that Minyards grocery store was gone. I loved to go to this store because they had an entire isle where everything was 99 cents. Well it is now Cost Plus and the 99 cent Isle is now 89 cents!! I was so excited when I seen the sign. Who doesnt love a good bargin. This was my first experience with a Cost Plus store and I must say that they have excellent prices through out the entire. They charge some type of fee thats a % of your overall purchase price. Overall I like this store and will shop here again soon.

They treat customers like all that enter there has come to steal. They try to force people to leave their back packs behind a counter that they seldom watch. I am sixty years old. Each time l go there, l dread the treatment.No brand name super market l have been to does paying customers like that.None. Plus,they dont have enough cashiers.l could go on,but l will stop.

Where as the pricing is good, the quality of the food is low. I guess these stores think low income areas dont deserve fresh produce or meats. There is a lot of high sodium and processed foods being sold to an area where heart disease is prevelant. I wouldnt shop here on a regular basis. But those who have no choice deserve better!

Its a well stocked store and the prices are pretty good overall. Their "cost plus 10%" pricing strikes me as a gimmick though. For one thing Ive priced items there that are cheaper elsewhere. The other thing is, unless you walk around with a calculator, you dont really know for sure what youre paying until you get to the registers.

This is a store that gives the people that r less fortunate. It help the Nabor Hood to feel better about feeding There kids. Transportation is there. This store really was thinking about the people and the lifes of the poor. Thanks God has a blessing everyday for u.

The prices arent any cheaper than Walmart, Kroger or Albertsons. This location is awful when it comes to check out. Its a 10 customers to 1cashier ratio. Tho this store is walking distance from my house, I pass it up every time, even if all I need is eggs and milk

The name has changed, the prices are about the same with some cheaper. I picked up a few items while waiting on my mother in law to get her prescription filled. The young pharmacist was very pleasant and patient.

Prices on some stuff are good. On this visit, there was an unpleasant odor just as I entered the store...mgmt might want to use something to make atmosphere somewhat inviting! Music selections are good!

It is convenient. And I enjoy the small footprint. However, you have to be very conscious of pricing due to the 10% markup at the register. A good shopper can find some really good deals here.
