I love thrift stores, and on Saturdays, I usually spend my days discovering new ones..I called and the person that answered the phone was really friendly so I decided to stop by. Well as I walked into this small thrift store, I did not even get a hello.Strike one! As I perused the merchandise there was a nice selection, some pricey, some not. None of the staff there even bothered to say hello even though i gave them a friendly smile...(strike two) S other customers entered the store , the same person that saw me enter the store and failed to offer a greeting was overly friendly. As I approached I wanted to give her anther chance to acknowledge me as a customer...well not even a hello..(strike three) There were some Items I wanted to buy, especially since they had a sale($5.00 for a bag of clothes) however I dont spend my money where I am not welcomed!!!

I called and went by this place to donate a TV and both times I was told I could leave it between 9 and 6. I came here on Monday with the TV and walked in and the lady in the front said they took TVs..."just drive on back of the store and look for the red awning and ring the bell." I did that and a lady with long hair opens the door and said, "We dont take TVs....we havent taken them for two years..." WTF Why isnt everyone on the same page? No sorry or nothing. Know your business! Its not hard what you do.

If you ignore the ziplock bags full of old and/or broken jewelry (which is neatly tucked away in its own little spot anyway), youll forget youre at a secondhand store very quickly, and you might for a minute think youre at a boutique thats under-priced all their inventory. The items here are very nice. The manager has clearly curated what gets put on the shelves. It shows. I somehow feel guilty even calling this place a "resale" shop, and it would be a crime to call it a thrift shop.

I bought a solid dresser for $65. I found my coffee and side table here for $50. Its sturdy enough for me and my significant to sit on it and have a meal. The pieces here are reasonably priced and you can barter for several items to get the prices down. You have to keep checking though, some days are better than others. They offer things that are in good condition and can easily be turned into a project. Just depends on you

The Metrocrest Resale store is a very pleasant shopping experience. The managers and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have great high quality merchandise in all departments and very reasonable prices. It is very clean and well organized. I would highly recommend shopping at this resale store.

I will never step foot in this place again. The staff members were beyond rude and had the audacity to say "Were in the business of making money." Nice message coming from a Metrocrest! They should be ashamed. Never experienced such bad attitudes in a place like this.

I liked my experience there it just seemed kinda of cramped they need a bigger store and are moving to one on Midway. The cashier needs to work on people skills but found that overall I had a good experience in the store.

I take all my donations to this shop. Resale prices are very reasonable. Employees are always friendly and helpful from the sales people to the guy who helps unload your donations.

This place was great up until they placed a store manager it was doing just fine the environment is just so tense and now things are over priced it seems.
