I just purchased a billiard table, air hockey table and shuffleboard table from Billiard Factory and I must say the service was outstanding, not to mention the follow up to see if everything was delivered and set-up properly. I did quite extensive online research, as this was a major investment for our family, and found their prices to be "spot on". I noticed the comment made about the cost of the cue stick (checked this out before I went to the store) and found the same pricing. Upon further investigation, I I found it that the $79 price came with a $150 carry case--for $30 extra. Man--did those other people miss out.

This place has all you could want in a game room. The staff is super friendly and they are easy to work with. Special shout out to Mo. Hes the man when it comes to anything pool related. The billiard factory is a great store to visit. They have a table setup and demo cues to play with to help you find the one you want before you buy.

I was trying to get a new felt and bumpers, which is service they supposedly offer. But they went on making the process seem onerous and expensive to set up the sale of a new table. I had a similar experience the year before. Just remember that if you buy a table theyre horrible after the sale.

We ordered a pool table and then they claimed they didnt have the felt we ordered, but they do have this other felt, which by the way will cost you another $330. Consider yourself warned when dealing with this company
