I have ordered sports equipment and apparel on the internet for years. I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect as I have from this company. I placed an order and received a call that they did not have the item I ordered in stock and was told it was back ordered until August. They offered a replacement product that was a cheaper price. They Never refunded me the difference in items after promising it would be done on multiple occasions. When the substitute item came in it was not the quality or style of product promised. So I sent the Item back. Steel Locker charged me not once but twice for the order. The original order which they never had the product in stock to ship. ( They have Since Refunded me for this item which was supposed to be more expensive than the second product). Then they charged me once again for the shipped item but at a higher price. How are you going to charge me more money for a product that is cheaper. I have sent the item back and I have the tracking number to prove it.(I didnt trust them after not getting the difference refunded and I was right not too since they charged me MORE for the cheaper product. The kicker was when I called to discuss the matter I was told that there were no Management staff available or there to talk to and that they would not tell me when I could call back when a manager was on duty. This company is VERY unprofessional and watch your accounts and check your charges if you do chose to do business with them.

Words can not begin to describe how awesome steel locker sports is. I have been working with Nick for my town midget football league. I came to Nick with an extremely tight turnaround time. He was honest in stating he has other requests he must fill in my requested time frame. He put me on a brief hold and came back with a solution. I had a horrible experience neo-atheltics. An was ready to tell our league of 120 boys custom gear wont be happening this season. Nick and his team have worked so hard to get us our request. Steel locker sports just saved 120 boys the bad news of no custom gear this season. Thank you again from the Newington Knights midget football and cheer!

I have ordered from Steellocker Sports in the past and again this year. I am not disappointed in their level of inventory or their shipping! Maybe I got lucky with inventory levels? I ordered 6 pair of adult small Champro baseball pants and two belts. They were spot-on with their shipping time frame as well. Orders were correct and packaged neatly. Will definitely order through them again!!

Horrible customer service. Have called for 2 days now and cant get in touch with anyone there. I continue to get a recording and have left several messages as well as emailed and still no response. Im not even sure this is a legitimate company. Will not recommend or use them again.
