Saddest thing ever. I went to donate some balls and even asked, "can yall sell balls?" his reply, "do you want a receipt?" I said, no and just gave him all the balls (balls my daughter loved playing with but I didnt have room in the house for). As I pull away I see them taking a knife to the balls and popping all of them! I was so sad! I could have given them to some children in the park or a church or something better than watching them be slashed! Very cruel. Also I have often visited the inside to be very disappointed. The prices are almost the same as if you were to buy new. It is very near a nice neighborhood so you might think it would be a good goodwill. But it really isnt. The better one is in West Lake called GW by goodwill.

I have shopped at Goodwill on exposition for many years and have always been friends with the staff. They have recently changed staff and I have had a serious problem with the store. I have purchased used electrical items at this Goodwill before and have always been told that used electrical items have been tested and are returnable. I purchased a boombox there on Feb 10th and when I got home, it didnt work at all. I immediately went back to the store and was refused a refund or store credit. I have called the Goodwill customer relations repeatedly since then and they have continued to say they will look into it and call me back, but have never done so.I am now out $27.05. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRICAL AT GOODWILL. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This was an absolutely terrible experience for me. The shift manager explained to me her methamphetamine woes, and how her boyfriend cheated on her with a "skinny" chick, while I was cleaning and arranging every possible item for community service. Apparently she never filed any of the paperwork for a day or two from my time performing community service, and I had to walk back in a year later after I thought all of this terribleness was behind me. The only day I had guaranteed work was July 4th. I was treated like the one who is not a leper among a sea of lepers. I recommend you buy expired boutique clothing or that key 1991 microwave elsewhere.

This Goodwill is great for auctions. They usually have pretty good stuff since the surrounding area is pretty nice. But that also means that sometimes the items can go for higher prices. It isnt the best Goodwill if youre trying to get stuff really cheap. Ive noticed that most stuff is a little on the pricey side, but everything Ive gotten here has been pretty nice. Overall, I would recommend if its on your way. Its a really small one, so its probably not worth going out of your way for.

I used to find a lot more scores at this location, however my recent visits have left me empty handed. The prices are higher, possibly because its in a "nice" neighborhood. I once saw a bread maker I would have purchased any other time that was in really good shape- but it was full retail price, so I felt like Id rather get a new one from Amazon, knowing it would work for sure. I always think Ill find nicer clothes here, but theyre just the same as any other Goodwill.

This is one of the best staffed Goodwills Ive ever been to. Congenial, kind and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile. Out to be of service. I would recommend shopping here as the community donates a wide selection of merchandise and selection is GREAT also. Check it out -- you too wont be disappointed. Ive purchased many excellent auction items also. Princess

This good will is probably one of the best ones in austin. They have an auction every Saturday @ 1:00 that gets real good and they have good stuff in store for a good price. The employees are a bit rude but other than that they are good better than the one on 1015 Norwood Park Blvd, Austin, TX 78753

This is generally clean and well organized as far as Goodwills go, but everything seems to be priced a little too high and Ive never found anything spectacular here. I almost always walk out empty handed. Parking can also be a little crazy since it shares a lot with Maudies.

Nothing wrong with the store per say, but the prices are through the roof. I found several pairs of shoes I wanted, but wasnt willing to pay the asking price. I guess Ill go to another one.

Very cool place really liked the aesthetic. Store itself is not very big but would recommend like any other Goodwill store for anyone to give it a try. Found some cool stuff this trip.

Long time buyer you can find very good deals on used and new items the actions on Saturdays are loaded with electronics and antiques difficult to find highly recommended.

Decent Goodwill. I must say though whatever they are constantly spraying in their stores is a real bummer. It smells so strongly that I have to leave when I am shopping.

You can get some aline merchandise for budget prices at their weekly auction. Just be prepared to bid against professional buyers. They figured it out years ago!

This is a great store that borders between a regular Goodwill store and a GW Boutique. Prices can be higher, but definitely some nicer items that come through.
