This business has lost a customer for life. I had previously used their board level repair services on multiple times prior to this horrendous past experience. Until this most recent repair with them, I was fairly satisfied with their services, minus their lack of communication. Most recently I had sent in 3 iPhones to them. 1 device they said was not able to be repaired. Not a problem at all. The other 2 devices they kept for 2 1/2 weeks. 1 of those 2 devices had multiple issues. I understand with a board level repair, many components are involved. The wait was okay with me. They never once called, or emailed me to keep me updated on the repairs. I called in multiple times to get updates. Most of my phone calls went unanswered, which in return I left a voicemail with on most occasions. They never returned my voicemails, which led to me calling again and finally reaching their staff. On July 28th, I was informed that 2 of my 3 devices were repaired and fully functioning. I was also informed on July 28th that an invoice would be sent for the repairs and that the devices would be sent out the same day. That invoice never came. No tracking number ever came. I was told the devices would arrive on that Monday (July 31st). The 31st rolls around and no iPhones had came in. I attempted to call and email on multiple occasions. 4 voicemails were left. ALL 4 of which were not returned. 2 emails were sent. ALL of which were not responded to. 2 Facebook messages were sent. ALL of which were not responded to. Today, August 3rd, the 2 devices that were suppose to be "working" WILL NOT EVEN POWER ON. These devices fully powered on prior to being sent in. 1 device went in with an IC chip issue. The other went in with the IC chip issue and non functioning cameras. BOTH DEVICES POWERED ON. Now both devices wont power on at all and STILL NO RESPONSE. Beware of this place. They would receive a 0 start rating if I could as we now have $700 worth of devices that wont power on because of them.

Oh I had such fabulous service at Phixit Repair Center!!! I dropped my IPhone on my kitchen tile floor. The screen shattered, I was devastated because I use it 24/7! I found their number online, called the store, they sounded busy but got me in quickly and fixed my IPhone that day! I am so grrateful to them. Next time I have any broken electronics or screens, Ill use them!

My iphone 6+ had the "touch disease" that is impacting so many iphones. Since Apple is pretending they dont have a design flaw, and wanted me to pay for a new phone, I went here. They fixed the phone, and did so for about half the price of what Apple store would charge.

I had my sons IPhone 5s repaired here and I can say they truly amazed me!!! His phone screen was completely shattered and the home button was detached... I thought it was a total lost, but Phixit saved it!! I trust them to get the job done!!

Great folks. They fix almost everything. My monitor bit the dust and was unrepairable. Bought a used one from them for $30. Service is excellent. Very up front with you from the beginning.
