I was a long time loyal customer at the old location prior to the move. I quit smoking due to some health issues for a couple of years and recently decided to take it back up. Went to the new location and was really impressed by the look. Went in the humidor and realized how they pay for all that luxury - talk about steep prices. There were no customers in the shop at the time but the guy working couldnt be bothered to offer any assistance or even a greeting. I picked out a Padron Anniversario and paid the $20 bucks looking forward to enjoying a comfortable chair and a little TV but when I started to enter the lounge - I was quickly told it was members only...no exceptions. It was dead empty - no members would have been imposed on - but I was not even offered a tour. Its a big difference from the other location - used to have my own locker there and always felt welcome and at home.. I took my cigar and left - havent been back. Since then I have discovered the Cigar Warehouse in Plano - THAT PLACE IS GREAT - they get all my business now. Great prices and the nicest and most informed staff in the city. So Long Addison

Well I have mixed feeling about this place. The guy that runs it is extremely dismissive towards people who arent regulars apparently. Even though I have spent thousanads of dollars between that shop and the Arlington store. The prices at the Addison store are 10-15% higher than the other two stores (Apparently the same guy ownas Addison Cigar, Grapevine Cigar, and Arlington Cigar). I dont get how three stores owned buy the same guy have completely different prices on the same items, must be an Addison thing. I dont like their "members only" stuff. They want $250 bucks a year just to use their lounge. The owner offered me half price but I can go to Two Brothers or Mi Casa and sit in their lounges for free. The plus side to this place is he has quite a bit of harder to find cigars so I shop there now and then, but I usually go to the Arlington store with less outrageous prices. Anyway, it was ok I guess. I kinda laughed when a guy that works there came in to tell me how their new Davidoff stuff was "the finest cigars in the world". Thanks but I will stick to my cubans rather than drop 20-30 bucks on a crappy Davidoff.

I was in town on business, and stopped by due to the full parking lot. To my surprise there was a members-only area plus a nice sized humidor with solid selection. After taking a man up on a shoe shine, I was invited in to sit in the mans haven of leather sofas, recliners, flat screen TVs, etc. The members were very hospitable to the "out of town guy." With a deck in the back with gas grills, it is a truely great sanctuary for men that love cigars and laid back atmospheres.

I work close by and visited not really knowing much about cigars yet wanting to pick one up. They helped me find cigars that I would like considering I have little knowledge about it. The building looks plain, but once you go inside, its gorgeous. Recommended.

Its a great little cigar shop, with knowledgeable people and reasonable prices. The parking lot is very small, so I try to get here by other means. Though it does look funny when one pulls up on a bicycle and goes in to purchase cigars.
