I recently experienced a poor customer service situation with the Store Manager this past weekend. What first started of as a simple misunderstanding quickly turned into an unfortunate and awful consumer experience. My brother and I were standing in line to purchase a pair of shoes, when a sale associate behind the register informed to that he would could "check out whoever is next in line." Simply following orders, we proceeded to go towards the other side of the register area in order to be complete our purchase. While standing in line waiting for the sales associate to finish checking out the customer in front of us, the Store Manager (who we believe his name is Chris) informed us that we were waiting in the incorrect spot to complete our purchase and that we needed to go back in line. Standing there confused, my brother and I informed the Store Manager that we were merely following the orders of one of his employees when they stated he could "check whoever is next in line." The Store Manager proceeded to tell us that he "did not know why his employee would say that" and informed urged us to go back to the line. Even after having a conversation with the Store Manager about how we merely were compiling with the order of one of his employees, he refused to believe us. While I understand that this store has a high volume of customers, there was no need that the Store Manager could not understand our side of the story and take it upon himself to rectify the situation. A simple solution would have been for the Store Manager to apologize for the confusion, and for him to personally check out my brother and I. After a situation like this, as much as I love to purchase merchandise from Finish Line, I will not step foot in another store nor will I purchase anything from this moment on.

Good shoe selection, but not great customer service. They were able to tell me I have high arches but thats why I came in. When asked to point me in the direction of running shoes best suited for high arches, the clerk immediately got a deer in headlights look and apologized because they had no idea. Gotta love a shoe store that doesnt realize not everyone has the same shaped feet.

May 12, 2017 | I appreciate everyone being so kind and helpful while looking for shoes. Everyone was polite and the young man that got my shoes was very helpful. Ill remember the customer service I received at this location in the future - Ill be back.
