I like to support the "underdog" when I can, so even though I had to pass a Walgreens to get there, I moved all my (multiple) prescriptions to CVS when KMart closed. The front staff was always friendly, but the pharmacy staff was consistently rude and dismissive. The final straw was going to fill a new scrip after receiving a new and unsettling diagnosis. They asked if I had questions for the pharmacist, and I said I did. I wanted to ask him about the timing of the dose, and whether it would be best to take it apart from all my other meds. He literally turned my prescription bag around and read the instructions off the print out to me. I have a Masters degree and work in the medical field. I can read. Didnt answer my question. Didnt care. So I moved all my meds elsewhere. Wont ever be back.

Used to go to Walgreens Pharmacy for workmans comp medications until they called me to tell me my prescription was ready, drove there, and it wasnt. How incompetent can 1 be, really? I also had problems with them postponing me receiving my meds for days at a time, by blaming it on authorizations from workmans comp. I took my business to CVS and have had no problems what-so-ever. I drop my script off and they usually have it ready within 15-20 min. Very happy and satisfied with the staff and service. I can honestly say I havent been back to Walgreens...

Very bad experience at CVS on Memorial at check out. The lasy was saying that I couldnt get the deal that was printed in the front of their ad even though I presented the exact coupons it said to and bought exactally what was on the front page. I will be taking my business accross town to Fortress Blvd where everyone I have met is very friendly and does not get frustrated with couponers. I will not return to this store!

Some staff are friendly, however, it is not worth the condescending staff that they have here. Especially when you have taken the same medications 10+ years. If a customer is confused, that is fine. It happens. But do not treat your customers with condescension and disdain. Looking at you, brunette with the bobbed haircut.

Nope, went here for passport photos and their machine was broken; or thats what the manager thought. Did not try at all and best thing is that he told me visit Walgreens because they could help me. I hope CVS corporate office reads this...dont come here.

do not go to this place. horrible customer service. one star is even too much.This pharmacy has to get their management under control . will not waste my money and time here. you just dont treat customer like a garbage.

Pharmacy staff is quick to respond to your needs and fills prescriptions in a timely manner. The negative reviews are not my experience at all. I love this pharmacy, and the staff are all very friendly.

CVS is close to home and though they are pricier than typical drugstores, they retain an old school drug store vibe.
