Walked in with my kids bow and arrow, needed to ship because we couldnt get it in our baggage as we flew home from vacation.The guy knew exactly what I wanted and took care of it right away. Maybe the bad service others got was a different employee. This guy took care of it in no time (Saturday morning 8 am no less). All the other ups stores dont open til 9. Maybe this guy should get a raise.

Been using their printing & shipping services for 10 yrs now & theyre always on top of it. They typically have the print job ready for me before Ive even had time to mark it off my To-Do list. (Also, Ive secretly wanted to play around with the packing peanut chute since I first laid eyes on it. One day...)

This place is a waste of time. Every time I go in there they cant ship my package. They tell me they are a franchise and that is why. I will never go back to that place. Staff is unwilling to help. The UPS Store is a joke.

This store was very clean when I walked in. Prices were in my range, they had many options. The staff was very polite and well composed. I love visitng this store now with the new staff.
