Extremely dissatisfied, staff was not prepared, not up-to-date on product availability, downright lied about 3 things AND when the product wasn’t available the staff texted a picture of an available product and expected me to take that product, disregarding the privacy issue of texting me period without asking, and then expected me to take in inferior product for a child that, a child that needed to have input on what was being purchased. The staff had to reorder 3 times due to their continuing to not know what to order. The owner actually called and lied to me about the issues that he had already discussed with the mother of the children and not me, the customer that provided the money. Both owner and staff only saw a sale and didn’t care if the children liked what was trying to be forced on them. Very confusing inside the store, we were handled by 3- 4 people, no wonder why the wrong product was ordered. When trying to pay the mail came, someone from the back with a stamp actually broke through the employee and us to get the mail and start stamping “received” on the incoming mail completely disregarding the employee making (trying to make a sale.) At one point the employees couldn’t figure out if we had even paid or what page in the order book the order was written. Very confusing. Save your time and money, the hassle of going there was not worth it.

These guys are a great resource for running and training. Fleet Feet employs runners of all levels who share their experiences and knowledge.
