I had a great experience with Doug! I moved from one state to another and suspended my account only to find out my area did not allow certain cable and internet service! I received a bill that was all wrong charging me for a service I have not had for months. Doug called the customer service and with patience and incredible stamina he resolve 1/2 of the problem and I was able to receive a refund. We are continuing with part two in a few days. But what would have taken me 4-5 hours, Doug did in 2 hours and I am very impressed with the way he handle himself and the situation. I think he is management material and I hope someone is mentoring him in that direction! Thanks Doug! See you for part 2 in a few days.

Doug Torres in this store, is the man. He had to figure out why my S7 Edge would not send pictures or allow internet access. He did all he could do to resolve the issues, called AT&T Advanced Technical Support, they put him on the right track to resolve the problems. The entire team in this store are the "Sharpest tools in the shed". The other store didnt even get close to resolving the issue they suggested I go to Best Buy and see the Samsung Technical Support rep.

When I entered the store they only had one person working. After about 30 minutes of waiting another employee finally showed up. All that I needed was a nano sim to replace the mini sim that I had in an old phone. After all of that wait I was told that they didnt have any nano sims in the store. These are very common items and I dont understand how an AT&T store could not have any...

Great store- great people! BTW google has the hours wrong. I stopped by at 6:55 thinking they were closing by they are actually open until 8pm.
