I guess these people dont know how to answer phones. Called to place an order for a pizza and called 5 separate times, let it ring off the hook. Each time I come in at night it takes a cashier at least 5 minutes to tend to me and theres always just one working even on busy days it seems... I understand these cashiers not only ring people up but have other business to tend to, but when there are customers waiting to give you business I would think that you should tend to them first. Over all I steer clear of this place because the customer service is absolutely horrible. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to be tended to in a convenience store. Get it together, Pilot. Youve lost a valued customer and Im not the only one who feels this way.

We were there just a couple of hours ago. First, ate at Wendys. That was fine. Then stop in the mini mart to pick up a SINGLE Cinnabon and a bottle of Dr pepper. The prices for both were clearly marked near the items. We were overcharged for BOTH and when I pointed this out to the young man behind the counter, his response was " um. I dont know. I just ring them up." Literally. That was it. Unreal. Make SURE you check what they charge you... For everything!

Wanted to try the Cinnabon place before i went to work I stood at the register for over 5 mins! There were free associates but when I would try to get someones attention they act like they didnt see me.. They need better Customer service.. Why put Cinnabon in the location if there isnt gonna be someone there to assist you..

Super clean and very friendly staff. Showers are well maintained with good pressure and super clean. Young Man that is the Manager on duty when I stopped by on Sunday was super polite and friendly. Hes definitely an asset to the company!

Stopped in last night, use this truck stop every week. Usually realitivly clean, but last night extremely dirty!!! Bathrooms terrible, coffee cream empty, coffee empty, I left without buying any!! Very disappointed.

Cashier doesnt know how to pre-pay for diesel and the diesel pump was ridiculously slow. The pump doesnt cut off when the tank is full and when we tried to notify an employee, they didnt seem to care.

Terrible place, they rent cars from a third party and then their employees hits me and the rental company refuses to pay. They claim no responsibility. You have lost a lifetime customer.

Nice clean truck stop. Has showers and laundry room. Friendly staff. Not that many parking for trucks though.
