Worst store in the world. Made 2 different orders on 2 different days with items that were supposedly in stock only to receive an e-mail stating order was "BACK ORDERED and would be 8 to 12 weeks. After numerous delays over the next 4 months I made my last call to which I was told the items (CCI 22 Mini Mag 2 cases) were being shipped by the company this same day. I asked for a confirmation, was put on hold and then was told that the company never sent out a shipment order. Dowdle Sports said they have no idea how a shipment order appeared on their computer. I asked for a cancellation. They said the PayPal refund would show up in 2 to 3 days however the credit card could not be refunded through the cc company (which it can be easily done) and they would mail a check the next day. 1 week later no Paypal refund no check in the mail. Finally had to resort to complaint through PayPal as item not received and finally received a refund at the end of the waiting period as they did not respond to PayPal Same for the credit card company. It would seem like this so called business is just operating on customers money to finance their business but never selling or having any intention of delivering the ordered product. If I could I woul leave star rating. NEVER again will I even consider this company and neither should anyone. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK LIKE IT SHOWS ON THEIR SITE, THEY DO NOT MAIL ITEMS OUT IN 1-3 BUSINESSDAYS(HOW CAN THEY, THEYRE NOT IN STOCK), YOU CAN NEVER CALL AND GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE BETWEEN 1-5PM LIKE THEY SAY, THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR EMAIL THROUGHOUT THE DAY LIKE THEY SAY, THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION WHEN PACKAGING AND MAILING ITEMS AND WHEN YOU DO FINALLY GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE WHEN YOU ARE ASKING QUESTIONS AND DO NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER BECAUSE HES NEVER THERE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO CREATE UNWANTED STRESS FOR YOURSELF AND REALLY DONT NEED THE ITEM!! AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE THIS WARNING--GOOD LUCK, YOUR GOING TO NEED IT!!!

I called and spoke with a customer service associate with dowdle concerning a product i wanted to purchase. He checked the in stock availability for me and told me the product would be back ordered. He helped find the sa,e product in a alternate color which was available . I ordered the product though there online store and received a confirmation email. The link to the tracking menu would not open in my browser so i called agian. They provided me with a updated tracking number. Over all the customer service was great and i would do business with them again without question .

Read the reviews before ordering anything from them!!!!! They were offering an item that was on back order that I accepted to wait for. After 4 months of waiting I decided to cancel my order. I called the customer service line, spoke with Dean and he told me it was no problem to cancel and to refund me. They wouldnt refund the card I paid with but by check. This seemed a little odd to me. I went ahead anyway and said cancel. Almost 3 weeks have gone by and still no check. I wish I read the reviews other people had left before placing $170 down the drain. Scammers

I found an item on this site. Never shopped here but ive been trying to get someone to answer a call from me and thats a big zero. I need to know 100% if this item is in stock. After reading some of the reviews im leary now. I cant leave a message and it says customer service is there so why is there a outdated automated voice saying 3-5 today. ive called 4 times. Guess ill look elsewhere. Sorry for the bad review but this is unexeptable.

"Good Customer Service" I ordered a pair of expensive Drake waders LST, extremely fast shipping I was all excited for duck season however when I opened the box they were the MST version and not the ones I ordered. I called them the next day they were very nice and sent me out the correct pair of waders and a Fed Ex pick up shipping label to send the first pair back.

I had previously rated them a 1 star because it takes a long time for them to answer the phone and if you are expecting to get your shipment in 2 days itll actually take around 4 days. Other than that the manager whom answered the phone is friendly and this business is totally legit. My product arrived in 4 days and I am very content with it. Thank you Dowdle Sports.

This is one the Worst companies Ive been in contact with,customer service is none exsistent. Ordered some products over 1 month ago, they where backordered and would ship within 2-3 days, Not the case. Still waiting. They dont Answer on mail they dont pickup the phone. Ive paid for products Ive not received. Stay away from there Online store!!!

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences to date. They dont answer their phone, no not even during their scheduled time that is given on the website. I cant get anyone to email me back. They wont pay to return or exchange an item made online and they make you pay a restocking fee. I truly dont kow how they stay in business.

I have purchased custom screen printed team basketball jerseys from Dowdle Sports a few times and have had a great experience every time I order from them. The jerseys look great and I received the finished jerseys within 2 weeks of ordering them. I highly recommend Dowdle Sports.

I ordered the wrong item from them, a difference of color and measurement, and when I called them to correct this problem, they answered on the first couple rings and was able to adjust my order to fit my needs. They seemed very quick and polite about it. Id recommend them
