Took my heals in to have some straps shortened and he was incredibly rude. He wouldnt let me even explain what I was hoping could be done, just kept telling me to shut up. He basically had the magic shoe maker attitude of bring me the shoe and Ill change what I want without telling you or asking what you want and it will be perfect. Then right after he says hes going to fix it, and Im hesitant at this point because he acting like hes just going to destroy the shoe and hasnt let me say a word of what I even want done, he says he has an idea but if I dont like it we can stop. The problem was he hadnt even told me the idea, so I ask okay what are you planning to do so I know if I want to do it and he freaks out and says you need to leave, Im not helping you. It was the worst service I have received from a store and will never go back. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Excellent, high quality work. I had some Dan Post ostrich leg western boots resoled and re-heeled here recently and they did an excellent job. The boots look brand new. I was almost afraid to leave them anywhere as they are my favorite boots, but the soles and heels were worn and they really needed some work. Now I just cant stop looking at them, Im so impressed with how they look. I will certainly be having my other boots and dress shoes worked on here as well.

Went to get leather stitch repaired, owner was extremely rude. I asked him a question about pick up time and he said "I make the rules around here honey". I nicely asked him what the problem was and he said "you!" Ive never written a bad review about anything but I would never want someone to experience this. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life and would never recommend him to anyone.

Excellent work. Dont be put off if he seems gruff on the phone. This gentleman is in the business of shoe craftsmanship, not gabbing. I had an unusual problem involving repair to a leather telemark ski boot. He solved it most beautifully, before scheduled time, for less than other quotes I had obtained.

Great service. Took my cowboy boot in because it needed to be restitched, mainly for a quote and time. He did it right then and there for me and at a great price. Didnt have to go without my favorite pair of boots.
