You can buy $45 shoes or you can buy $450 shoes. If you walk, $45 shoes will last you a couple months, whereas $450 shoes can last you easily five years. If you are of the $450-shoes persuasion, you can not find finer customer service and true customer care than at Allen Edmonds Chicago, where the store employees know absolutely everything that there is to know about shoes and leather, and their products are truly top of the line in quality and elegance. I love all of their products including bags and belts, and I dont buy shoes anywhere else. Allen Edmonds also does factory recrafting, and will restore your shoes to pristine conditions at a fixed prices.

Amazing shopping experience!! Every employee at this store was extremely helpful and great at helping you out to make the best possible purchase. In particular Heather made it much easier to pick my three new Allen Edmond shoes and the complimenting accessoire with it! Every product here is as great as every other which makes it very difficult to make the right choice but Heather and her fellow male employee made it as easy as choosing socks. I highly recommend Heather and colleagues for your next purchase!!

I live in Wisconsin near a couple of the Allen Edmonds outlet stores and shopped at those stores first. After receiving poor service several times, I decided to try the real deal on Michigan Ave in Chicago, and it was worth it - the service was fantastic. Alex helped me find the best fit and style for my needs. Ill definitely be back in the future.

Best mens shoes Ive found. I love that they are fairly local (hailing from Wisconsin, but a number of their shoes are made with leather from Horween which is tanned right in town). The mag mile store is great with helpful staff who know their stuff and will make sure you get the right fit. Worth the investment.
