If youre looking for the BEST tattoo in Clarksville, TN, Dennis Sullivan is the man. I did my research I work in a profession where I see a lot of tattoos on people. When I saw a great one I always asked who did your tat? I always got the same answer Dennis Sullivan. Well they werent wrong! My daughter is wearing three pieces of his artwork. I myself have my first and of my four its by far my favorite! Excellent work ethic, great music, great location.
