I would honestly give this place a zero if I could. I was going there go to get one piercing and two replacements. I went in around 9 PM and there were only two guys there, who initially argued in front of me over who should do the piercing. I asked for very specific earrings: simple silver with flat backs and a smaller ball. After searching for something so simple, the guy piercing my ear showed me the earrings, they were the correct earrings, and I thought everything was good. So several things ended up going wrong. With the actual piercing, a forward helix, he said there wasnt enough room for a flat black, so I have this very elongated curved bar that easily could have been a much shorter flat back due the to the fact that it was cartilage and barely swelled; but sure whatever that was understandable at the time. That being said, he was very nervous and seemed ill experienced. Then I had him change out two other piercings to match, and with one he literally did not know how to unscrew the ball off the current piece in my ear, so I took the earring out for him. And then, he replaced it with another gigantic curved piece that I did not ask for nor like and had specifically gone over with him. Its another forward felix right about the daith, so the long bar keeps jutting out forward out of my ear. The last one was a tragus; my original earring had fallen out, but I had made sure to keep a piece in there backwards to ensure it would not close. The piece had fallen out that morning, so he kept insisting that it had closed completely from morning until night. So I had him leave it. As soon as I walked in my car, not even 30 seconds later, I was able to pierce it all the way through. Despite proving it pierced, the one earring with the flat back I paid extra to take home with me (one flat back and one curved long bar) did not fit. And neither did the curved bar because the piercing had healed in a straight line. So I spent $40 on a piercing, and $60 altogether, as a waste. I will now have to go to another place where they actually understand what the customer wants, pay a minimum of of $30, just to get the pieces changed to what I had clearly asked for. Oh, and I asked to be given my original earring that I took out back, twice, and never got it. I dont know about their tattoo section, but I would not go there for a piercing ever. Oh, and there was absolutely no instruction or mention of how to keep it clean, how long the healing process should take, nothing.

Funny thing about reviews are if your happy with the work you get good reviews but if not then you already know So here it goes. I came to bee for the first time a few months back, my healing process was wayyy longer than Ive ever experienced but ok it happens, next my beautiful turquoise/white butterfly turns green i go back to the shop he says let it heal some more and because basically Im black the color didnt take and faded out but he will touch it up OK. Tattoo has completely healed and is now GREENER than before, I go back 6/22 for a touch up and a new tat with no color but now he says theres NOTHING he can do about the butterfly and my skin pigment is not his fault WOW thats bull, funny thing I have other colorful tats that are still the same color touch up or not. I cant say hes not a good artist but he customer service Sucks so if your black or have darker skin DO Not Come Here, he wont even attempt to correct his work or satisfy you as a customer I tried to support a new shop. Back to the Tattoo Factory I went they took care of it but i had to pay a few dollars when i shouldve had to but no biggie.
