Today is Sunday, May 28th. I visited this hair store today looking forward to some beauty supply therapy and to spend a pretty penny( as I always do at beauty supply stores). There was a man working there w/ the worst customer service I had ever experienced from such a small business. He had more of a suspicious attitude than a helpful one. He was very impatient and notified me that he would be leaving the store 4 hrs early! At most beauty supply stores there is a limit on how many wigs you can try on...he notified me of that AFTER the fact! He made me feel so frustrated and uncomfortable to support his business that I ended up leaving empty handed, frustrated and disappointed. If you ever visit this place make sure that you already know EXACTLY what you need, dont browse, and dont ask too many questions!

I always come to the store at business hours an its always closed with the open sign on. He always leaves before closing. I waited 2 hours for him one day TERRIBLE hair store. Dont shop there Hair Hollywood is so much better. This guy is never on time.

Guy was on his phone the whole time I was there. I was able to look around and take my time. He was very polite as I was checking out. Great clearance items. Good hair therapy on a Sunday around 2:10pm
