If you have never tried Aldi, try it. If youve tried it and found it to not be for you, try it again, because things may be different. Tips: They DO NOT accept credit cards (so take cash, or know your Debit cards PIN!) Bring a quarter for the cart Bring reusable bags Almost all the products that they carry regularly are their own generic brand of common items. This allows for a smaller store and a quicker shopping experience. (Instead of having to wade through a cereal isle with Posts, Kelloggs, off-brand, etc of shredded wheat, there is only one brand, Aldis own.) They have a wide variety of gluten free items, as well as their own "healthier" brand, Fit & Active. The calories and recycling information is readily seen on almost all their containers. Every week, they have different promotions going on and different seasonal non-food items: at Christmas, it was toys and wrapping paper; for spring, there are flowers, seeds, and mulch, and more. The staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. They are also quick, and much more "with it" (smart? sharp?) than a lot of cashiers. (Incidentally, I believe they are much better paid, as well.) They are always on the go, opening new lines when necessary, closing a line and cleaning when the ebb and flow allows, pulling products out, and more. In the interest of clarity, I one time had a cashier have what I considered a "rude tone of voice" with me (see, even typing that I feel silly that I bring it up!), but when I went back the next week, she was just fine. I chalk it up to either she or I was having a bad evening that one time. But like I said, it was an isolated incident; definitely not the rule of law. I probably only noticed it because usually they are so friendly. If you have an issue with a product, just tell them. Even though theres no dedicated "Customer Service" desk, just go ask any staff member, and he/she will readily help you, or at least point you to someone who can. (At least, that has been my experience when I had to exchange some belts for my husband.) On a personal note, this Aldi in Taylors is "my" Aldi, and I shop there every week, usually Mondays on my way home from work. I only go somewhere else if Aldi doesnt have it, and I do so dislike doing that. Usually we just go without, because I despise making multiple stops. All in all, I support Aldi and their mission to put out high quality products at low prices in a customer-friendly environment.

Aldi has saved me some serious money over the years. Out of all the products Ive ever bought, Ive only been disappointed 2 times. One time, I bought a box of cinnamon cereal and it was missing all the cinnamon and sugar on it. Hilarious while simultaneously disgusting. They replaced it when I went back, no hassles. And their Tikka Marsala curry sauce in ajar was well...horrid. But other than that, Aldi is THE place for groceries. Check it out.

I love this Aldi--great prices; easy to find stuff. But please, PLEASE--could we have the separate left turn lane back? I assume the combined left & straight is to help traffic flow; but it confuses the people coming from the opposite direction when we try to go straight in a "left turn" lane. Im afraid there will be accidents!

Aldi is great because of the prices. The variety is good, but not consistent products. Some items quality is low or expiration date is soon, but still very good deals due to low prices. Bring your own bags and a quarter to rent a cart (the quarter is returned after you bring the cart back to the store).

Love the prices! Sells produce in addition to your everyday grocery items. The baby items are also very good. Ive used the diapers, wipes, and snacks for my children and they compare just as well to the name brands for a much cheaper cost.

The newly renovated Aldi is bigger and cleaner. The prices are always low and the quality of the food is exactly what I look for. Im always pleased with what I buy. And it helps that they take credit cards now, too!

Great prices! Fastcheck out! Only thing is sometimes the produce isnt good and ive had to take some cheeses back that were molding. Just check your products close. But its inly been a few times.
