I am rating this pharmacy as low not because of service. I am hoping the incompetent upper management takes note. Why do you pay so much money for your employees yet you use an antiquated phone system where they have to hold the phone with their shoulder? Understanding ergonomics is not one of your stronger skills. Get these people head sets or ear mics. If it is not changed, then at least get rid of the cash registers and use abacasses and chalk boards!!! It is obvious there is a major disconnect between theory and reality and the only people gaining are the bean counters!!!

Came to this pharmacy to try it out since I usually choose CVS in our town. Was feeling pretty crummy after my Dr. visit and was picking up prescriptions. Will probably stick with CVS from here on out for medications. Pharmacy window staff was quite short and somewhat rude. I like the store area and selection although. The manager did atleast say she would address the issue, whether she will or not is no longer problem. They did lose my familys business though.

Horrible place. Came in to get a few things and I needed to use the restroom first. Wouldnt you know it, the restrooms are closed to public after dark. So I had to leave and do my shopping elsewhere.

I waited for an hour and a half on my prescription only to be told that they hadnt gotten in touch with my insurance company yet. Never had this kind of experience with a pharmacy.
