I truly like this store! They are small enough to care about the service they give you and Ive never been there and not found what I needed. Its a very well run business and is nice to talk to someone who knows what the heck they are talking about. Too many times at big home improvement stores when you are looking to ask a simple where is this question, and employees are dodging you like you have the plague, I think to myself I wish Id just gone to Newport hardware. They smile when you walk in and walk you right to what you need.

Hometown hardware store with the knowledgeable local staff to help. Forget the box stores, there are so many items Newport Hardware has on their shelves that either the other guys wouldnt have or you wouldnt be able to find amongst the mountainous shelves. Perfect stop to get all the little bits to fix everything on the wifes weekend honey-do list, and not waste hours trying to find it.
