visited Harbour Town through the Labor Day weekend. I had just left the cozy shoppe called the Cinnamon Bear and walked over to a store to purchase a cold drink before finding a picnic table for us to eat lunch. I left my small package in the General Store and didnt realize until I returned to Florida. My friend back tracked our steps and we figured that had to be where I left it and I didnt even know the name of the store. Called Cinnamon Bear they gave me name Country Store couldnt find it. Called another store and they were so rude I wanted to give up. Finally found by surfing web Harbour Town General Store called John and he had my bag and offered to mail it to me with a receipt for postage so that I could reimburse them.. thank you so much John for you generosity and kindness

Friendly and courteous staff are awesome! Basic health/hygiene items, snacks and drinks available....GREAT gelato and ice cream! A lot of tourist gift items. High pro es, but the best shop in Harbour Town.

If you close the store at 10:10, dont list that you stay open until 11. It is incredibly frustrating making the trek in the dark to find a cashier counting money behind locked doors.

This place aint nothin. Save your six bucks it takes to enter Sea Pines. It was as enjoyable as falling out of a tree.
