Absolutely awful. I came to get a new phone, and they said their "system was down" (which was untrue) I proceeded to ask why their system was down and why the other stores system wasnt, and they didnt have a clear answer. The employee was rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Never coming here again.

Every single person that works there is incompetent. I ask to pay my bill and everyone has to ask the manager for help because they dont know how to use the computer system. Horrible. You have ONE JOB.
