Derp. All I have to say. Worst customer service, and they never have anything in stock. They are clueless, and the lady that helped me brought the same item out from the back that they had on the shelf already, not paying attention to what I was actually asking for. She even pointed to the wrong item when I corrected her. I felt like I was schooling her on products I knew more about. When I went to check out, the price was way higher than marked, and she told me it was right. I made her walk over to the shelf with me and she pointed to the empty space saying " oh, theres no tag, this is the price for the other size." Instead of crediting me for not labeling things properly she just cut me off and said " have a nice day." Hate coming here. Might go all the way to Goose Creek when I need products from now on.

The worst customer service imaginable. Ive shopped in Cosmoprof nationwide and have never dealt with such rude and unhelpful people. Couple this with the fact that every single time I go in there, they do not have what I need and I end up at Saloncentric (which is awesome) or even Sallys (if its supplies not product that I need.) I cringe every single time I know I have go in there. I choose to order online and pay shipping instead of heading to Cosmoprof in Charleston.

Poor customer service . The sale associate didnt offer me help, informed of sales, or even knowledge my presence. No one was there but me. She was so busy doing nothing is didnt even realize I was ready to check out. I just left the stuff on the counter :-( and walk out!
