Love Still
This particular sallys has less of a selection compared to the other sallys stores in Charleston. I always try to go to the one in North Charleston or a different beauty supply/hair store before coming back to Mount Pleasant. Also, they never have my shade of blonde.

Got to the store at 445, they close at 6... there was nobody in the store and doors were locked. No sign or anything. Really annoying.

The only place I know that will not accept expired coupons. Most places do these days, especially a birthday coupon!!!! :(
