I know nothing about cars and wanted to recharge (refill) the freon in my air conditioning using one of those spray cans. The first place I went to (different company up the road) would sell me the freon but said they couldnt help me or even advise me on how to use it. It wasnt busy but they basically didnt have time for me. Since guidance was critical to my purchase, I moved on to AutoZone. Dennis, one of the managers, was very helpful in assisting me with purchasing the right product, pointing out the pros and cons (including price) of each item so I could make an informed decision (read: he didnt try to just sell me the most expensive thing, though that is what I decided to buy because it was the only one that covered all my bases -- came with a reusable gauge, had an ingredient that could help seal the potential leak, etc.). He explained that he couldnt put the freon in for me but he could show me how and talk me through it, which he did in their parking lot. This greatly relieved my fears that I would do something wrong. He was friendly, patient, and professional. I will definitely go back there next time I need something.

I purchased an alternator from these guys. I told them the make and model and my girlfriend purchased with her card over the phone. 2 months later the alternator stopped working, leaving her stranded. They gave us rhe wrong alternator. I had to fight to get my money back and had to threaten to sue for damages. I finally got them to admit wrongdoing. I went ro store to return and guy screwed up return and said he could only give an in store credit. I didnt want to drive to store again as We have gone through the ringer. I am still fighting this and will be taking this to magistrate court.

I had the best experience there tonight. My battery would not work so I went back there to check to see if it was a faulty battery. As soon as I walked in Dennis greeted me and immediately asked me if I needed any help. I told him yes and explained my situation, he quickly handled the situation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He made my worried night so much better. In my opinion every establishment needs employees like Dennis. Thank you so much if you read this!!! I went in their for oil and a filter. I was being helped by a member of management. I thought he was pretty cold and unfriendly but I ingnored it, what I could not ignore the way he talked to his employees. I left with out the part, I dont trust buying parts for my car from someone who runs their business like that!
