NEVER AGAIN. I went to their Warwick location on my lunch because the store they have near my house closes at 5 (super convenient for those of us with 9-5 hours). I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, bought the most expensive paint they carry (Aura by Benjamin Moore) and AFTER cashing me out I am told a paint can opener is an additional cost. Why not ask that BEFORE you run my credit card??? On top of that they did not put the color on the lid, so I am sitting at my desk now nervous that it wont be the color listed. I will painting on Saturday and if I open it and its wrong you better believe they will be taking it back!!! I will NEVER return to one of their stores again. A "discount" on paint (that is offered by Benjamin Moore Directly, not the store itself) does not make up for bad service!

The Paint Shoppes has a fantastic staff, they will answer questions you may have about Paint and painting. They know the competitors paints and the differences in premium and poor paints. Benjamin Moore paints are top grade paints and the paint shoppes sell it for a great price. I recommend them to all my family and friends because they will treat you with the best customer service any other paint store cant beat.
