We ordered our kitchen cabinets from this store on May 26, 2016, today is September 14th and we are still waiting for parts!!! Our cabinets came in on July 2nd, they require a paid in full balance before the cabinets are delivered. The next day when they are delivered, I open the boxes and I have the wrong cabinets. Chis the designer at CYR tells me to have my installer put them in and he will order the correct door styles as the box sizes should fit. As the installer is working on this he finds the wrong size cabinets for our beverage center. Being on a time schedule to get the countertops measured our installer cuts the cabinets and makes it work. CYRs Kitchen Manger Bill GUARANTEE me delivery of the new door style delivery and all the missing parts, crown molding, kick molding, corner cabinet door, slide outs and Island backing in three weeks. We wait and the doors come in but nothing else. They sent their installer, he puts my doors on and asks if he can come back the next day to pick up the old doors. The next day he shows up early takes the old cabinet doors and tells me CYR said he could keep them so he is going to put them in his cabin up North. He will let Chris know what we need no need to follow up. I call Chris and tell him what is missing just in case. I find out later this installer quit and stole all the cabinet doors!!! My husband and I visit the store talk to the GM, Kitchen Manager Bill, and they say two weeks its all coming. I offer Chris the list of what is missing but he says I dont need it everything is already ordered. Three weeks longer and its here. Nope missing all the kick boards the corner cabinet door 2 slide outs and a decorative panel.They send a different installer who basically sits in my garage most of the day but manages to install crown molding on three cabinets in 7 hours. Here we are on September 13th and we are guaranteed September 12th delivery and still nothing. i go to the store again and am told they have SOME of it!!!! It will be in Thursday! i call my kitchen cabinet guy to get this install finished but he isnt available because CYR lumber hired him and he is doing a job for them!!!! They do not care at all for their customers. They got their money and they are done with us. NEVER ORDER YOUR KITCHEN FROM CYR IN WINDHAM!!!!! I have built 4 homes and never have I had such a horrible exprience.

This past February we contracted Cyr Lumber to remodel our kitchen. Our experience working with them was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. It all started with our designer Camila, who created a beautiful design. We worked with her over a couple of weeks going over the design and while she provided a lot of guidance, she was open to accommodating a lot of our wishes. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. Once the design was completed, we were assigned a Project Manager named Janelle. She was also amazing. She provided a week by week schedule of the activities and they were pretty much right on schedule. She provided weekly (sometimes daily) updates on the progress, which was extremely helpful. She was also very responsive to all our questions, and believe me we had a LOT of questions. The workmanship was also excellent. The workers that were in the house were also great to work with. They cleaned the area every day after they were done and they were very accommodating to the changes we requested as the project progressed. Of course, there are always things that require modifications as the work is being done, but they Cyr team was right on the ball every time we brought up an issue or a concern. If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen, I highly recommend the Cyr Lumber team to take care of your needs. Our next project is our master bathroom and Cyr Lumber will be our first call to do it.

Its a hardware store in the front, a showroom and remodeling sales center in the middle, and a lumber yard in the back. Ive used primarily the front and the back. Its not a small store by any means, but Ive grown accustomed to all the brand selection options at the bigger stores. I can generally only justify coming here when I dont care about the brand of product. But that is an unfair gripe to make against any smaller mom&pop store. I do love shopping here. Its also much closer and more convenient than running into Salem to get to the bigger stores. Highly recommended.

Paid a decent amount for cabinets. Order was messed up 3 times and took over 12 weeks to get corrected. I had my own contractor to install them. Cyr was nice and offered to install the misordered cabinets. They did a horrible job and I just finished taking them down and re-installing them. They didnt follow though on anything and still made me pay full price. The worst purchase Ive ever made.

We recently worked with Nicole at Cyr Lumber to remodel our kitchen. What a wonderful experience. She guided us throughout the entire process without a hitch. Everyone who came to our home was professional and courteous in addition to their expertise in construction. The kitchen is now just beautiful and we couldnt be any happier.

Small kitchen took way to long to complete 8 weeks and then 8 more weeks for punch list items. In my contract stated LED under cabinet lighting not what we got melted lids on Ninja Mega Kitchen Blender. Not happy
