I have dealt with Jenny at the framing counter on several occasions in the past month, and can honestly say her service, along with that of the rest of the staff, is some of the best Ive ever received. Even at peak times, I was treated with patience and kindness, and more than once, what might have been a complex procedure was handled with the utmost proficiency and care. Of all the art and craft supply stores Ive been to, this easily ranks the highest both in customer service and overall aptitude. Simply the best!!!

Store is well kept and well stocked, but when I had a question, I didnt see a single employee on the floor, and the people at the framing counter looked right through me as if I werent there. Ill take my money to the Jo-Ann next door.

Promotions are usually good, if you catch what you need at the right time. Visited on a weekday, still got stuck in line for a solid 10 minutes. Nobody involved was thrilled about it. But, its very convenient for me, so Ill be back!
