I went in to schedule my appointment for my first tattoo a week in advance. Went in and the only day I was available was a Wednesday. And even though they said they dont normally do Wednesdays they let me come in anyway. The girl at the desk was nice, but she was wearing unbottoned shorts and had cuts and scars all up and down her legs. ( not judging but not something you want to see going into somewhere thats supposed to be sterile. ) I go in on my scheduled day, and was greeted by a toddler running around in a diaper. I had given them exactly what I wanted, and when I was shown his drawing it was different, I had him change a few things and we were all set. And was also told it would be a different price then what I was originally told , by almost $50 While he was getting set up he made a comment to his wife (the girl at the counter) about how they had to come in on a Wednesday. A)you could have said no B) at least wait til I leave. He did wear gloves and it was all clean but his hands were dirty and he had dirt under his finger nails. The tattoo itself took about an hour, and for the most part its OK but theres a spot where he messed up the thickness and made a letter in the script thicker than everything else. There are also a few other little details that I have noticed that were easily avoidable, considering it was a stencil, of something printed out from the computer. I then had to drive to the wawa down the street to get cash because their credit machine wasnt working. In general I am happy with the tattoo but I will not be going back. It was not a great experience.

Is there anyone more apathetic on the phone than the guy answering phones at a tattoo shop on a Sunday? Hint: No. The experience itself was painful but okay. I think my piercing will heal nicely, but the following are concerns: - The place smells like incense or something. I prefer anything involving blood to smell like antiseptic. Overall feeling isnt "safety first." - They were down to their last pair of non-latex gloves. Who even buys latex anything anymore? - Instead of an after-care sheet for proper care of the piercing, There was a little black and white business card that looked photocopied. - Minimal jewelry available. But hey, it was open on a Sunday when no one else was. And theres a fun St. Jude Catholic store nearby where you can purchase Holy Water.

Missed appointments overpriced on a large line tattoo that had to be redone on my whole back when my current tattoo artist fixed beautified what Brian destroyed..other tattoo artists there also failed to return calls and keep appointments which is not good business both at Willow Grove and Feasterville. In my opinion you need to focus on getting people in and pleasing them with your tattoo skills because this is your job. Shona does a great job but then again when Your boss is only focused on one or two shops that shorts out the workers. I would not recommend tattoo galaxy to anyone they are clean but that doesnt mean their tattoos are any good.when I saw this happened to my husband also I knew it wasnt just me.

On Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, my friend and I each recieved a tattoo from Tattoo Galaxy of Willow Grove. As soon as we walked into Tattoo Galaxy, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welocme by the employees. I felt safe and very comfortable there. I enjoyed the music, the art that was displayed, and I was very pleased with the over cleanliness of Tattoo Galaxy. My friend and I each recieved a fair, competitve, and reasonable price for our repsective tattoos. I was very happy with the location and also with my overall experience. I will most definitely return to Tattoo Galaxy of Willow Grove. I will also refer Tattoo Galaxy of Willow Grove friends and family.

This review is of Mike Horn at Tattoo Galaxy in Willow Grove, PA. I cannot express how happy I am with my experience. Mike was great from the start answering all my questions and working with me to create my design. This was a fairly large piece that will require another sitting . He was light handed and was very accommodating to my needs. The amount of detail Mike was able to create was amazing to me. I have several other tattoos that do not compare to the attention to detail he was able to capture. We still have another sitting to go so at that time I will upload pictures to share. Thanks again Mike! I cant wait to be back!

My experience with/at tattoo galaxy willow grove is always awesome. I am very thankful for Brian my tattoo artist and owner of tattoo galaxy! The shop is always in order and very clean and he makes it easy and pleasurable to get tattooed by him! Outstanding work done always, Im always pleased with the art work and thankful always to Brian for being such a great and cool artist! Great Staff. My daughter had her nose pierced and Don was very patient, accommodating and professional. My son also had his first tattoo done with Floyd.... it was a great experience. The staff couldnt be any more nice and the work speaks for itself. We have since gone back for a second tattoo. This particular tattoo shop gets 5 stars across the board. The prices are also fair and dont break the bank. Great People and Artwork that you can really be proud of.

I had an amazing experience getting my tongue & dimples pierced by Shona. Shes professional, made me feel completely comfortable and told me exactly what to expect. Helped me understand how to take care of my piercings. And when I returned to have them checked, the piercings were clean and beautiful! I was so happy with the results! I didnt even feel the tongue piercing go in, it was so smooth. Im going back for more!! Cant wait!!

As far as tattoo artists go, Mike is top notch. He is very personable and very professional. Makes you almost forget hes stabbing you a thousand times. His line work is sharp. Black and white shading is amazing. I can not wait to get back to get my work finished. So if youre looking to get your first tattoo done or looking for a new artist. Mike is your guy. I had an awesomeee experience at Galaxy Tat! If I had to recommend your next shop, get your work done here. I had my work done by Buddah- very experienced and great humor! The shop is very good at what they do and make you feel very comfortable. What I liked best about this place compared to others is they were willing to work with my budget! Alot, almost any shop you go to.. will NOT do that.

I walked into the shop with my family in willow Grove and met Floyd. He was very nice and gave me good information and answered all of my questions. Im 55 years old and was getting my first tattoo, as well the first for my daughter. My two older sons already have tattoos. We all got autism puzzle pieces in support of my youngest son. Tattoos look awesome.......thanks Floyd
