This CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy is the history of the world. Everyone who works the counters - both inside and the drive thru - are completely unhelpful and clearly hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. People need their prescriptions and dealing with doctors and insurance is hard enough - dealing with the pharmacy shouldnt be this painful too. They need to have a little empathy for their customers and provide a customer experience that is more enjoyable. They can only still be in business because peoples insurance forces them to go there - if this ever changes, and I hope it does, they will be in trouble if they dont get it together.

Never had a problem since recently with this pharmacy, lady behind was rude and unpleasant to deal with. When talking to her i asked to be taken off something and i would call in when i needed my prescriptions ready to stop with compliance calls, still a week later i am still getting calls when i asked not to. Will be switching to another pharmacy asap. Called them up and told the person on phone i dont need my prescriptions at the moment and will call them when needed and was told if they have time to they will return them to stock. Hopefully they finally find the time as it has been over a week now

If this was for the front part of the store - my rating would be 5 stars no less. The ladies in the front as so friendly and helpful - Barb is probably the nicest. The pharmacy, however, is a total disaster. ZERO stars for them! They could screw up an aspirin and be rude about it! Theres one lady named Veronica who acts like shes just bitten a lemon every time Ive been in. AWFUL!!!

The one pharmacist yelled across the pharmacy, so everyone could hear, to ask me about my prescription instead of coming over to talk to me. This pharmacist also gave me the third degree and questioned me about a Rx, which the questions violated HIPPA regulations. The pharmacist asked for information that should only be discussed between my doctor and I!

Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS at 1303 Lancaster Avenue, Reading, PA 19607 instead of 3100 Shillington Road. The CVS on Shillington Road has overwhelmingly disappointed for every experience I have had since 2008.

I have experienced excellent customer service and support from this pharmacy. The pharmacist caught a medication error that could have been very dangerous (oversight by the doctors office).
