This was the worst service I have EVER had in any store. Ever. I walked in and there was no one in the store but it took Damn near a half hour before I even got service. And no one asked me if I needed help... I had to go and ask the lady at the register if there was anyone to there to help me. She looked at me disgustingly, sighed and in a VERY rude tone told me that there was only one person on duty. Speaking of the lady at the register... I walked in and said "Hello" and she just glared at me and said nothing. Then the entire time I was there she did nothing but stare at me and whisper with another person at the counter. Is this how they treat all customers or is it just people like me that have tattoos?

They treat their employees very poorly and I do not support businesses who behave in such a manner. I have talked to numerous people in the community who have quit this job because of the selfish and unfair administration. One woman was fired after 20+ years of faithful service because they said they were "cutting costs" but they hired in new associates a week later. I do not give my business to companies who are willing to turn their backs on their subordinates for a couple of extra dollars. They ought to be ashamed of their behavior.

The worlds largest shoe store? Big, maybe, but definitely not the largest. I was disappointed in the selection and the prices. Have a feeling they could cut prices by 20% if they didnt have the sales floor seriously over-staffed. Saw at least 6 people just standing around and only 2 or 3 actively assisting customers. The one sales person who offered to help me was rather condescending. Overall, a disappointment. So glad this was just a stop on our journey and not the destination!

In My times of shopping at Reyers Shoes, this was One of The Coldest Visits Id ever had. There were Several Sales Associates on the floor but Not One asked if They Could Help Me. I asked Someone if She could help Me in Childrens Shoes for My GrandSon and She told Me to look over there. I told BJ We were leaving this store and I will Never go back. My BFF Margaret, BJ and I walked out of the store and That was like We Were Literally Invisible and Unwelcome There! July 1, 2017.

Although they advertise deep discounts, they are rather expensive. They do have the rack room where you CAN find some deals, you really have to dig through many shows to find one that is actually a deal. They DO carry a WIDE range of sizes. When my son was a toddler, he required an x-wide shoe and they were able to order them but, even then (21yrs ago), they cost $30-40. As an adult, he wears a 13EEEE, and I was able to get them there but in a very limited selection.

This place sucks. The sign says "Americas largest shoe store" but the selection is horrible, the customer service is nearly non-existent, and I plan on going barefoot before ever visiting this trash heap again.

Not impressed. They brag about the size of their showroom, but its a lot of empty space. And their prices werent great. Salesman kept trying to talk me into spending more than I wanted to on shoes I didnt like.

Walked in store and not one person asked me if I needed any help. Cashier told me my total and never said did you find everything or thank you or anything else. VERY disappointing visit after driving here .

Good selection of shoes, prices just as expensive in other shoe stores. Dont know if it is the world largest but its a big store. The children selection is not that big.
