I think this is the best bookstore ever. I have read all the books there, and I recommend it to all my friends. It is cozy, and I am never in a situation where I dont stay and read. I always can find a book I want, and the books are so cheap! I like that they dont have any Disney books, just interesting ones. All the books are in great shape, and I can tell how much work is put into finding them. I hope everyone loves it as much as me!

Love independent bookstores - made a quick call to place a book on hold and it was the fastest, most comfortable, and stress-free book purchase of my life. The salespersons were all very friendly and I felt incredibly welcome there. Will absolutely be stopping here again soon for my next Brickbat books purchase and to really check out their store and coffee shop!

This is the best bookstore in Philadelphia! Beautiful and bright, great selection, awesome staff! I have met some amazing authors at the readings they have several times a week (like Nicholson Baker and Chuck Klosterman, whoa!) I have only had a great experience with their staff- really helpful, makes suggestions about what other books I might like, and friendly.

Pretty cool little book shop. Their selection is very small but the owner was nice. If you enjoy listening to esoteric Russian white noise on vinyl and thumbing through obscure philosophy, this place might be your joint. Not bad at all but definitely not for me. (Insert theremin outro and mysterious exit into the basement.)

A small, well stocked bookstore with eclectic choices. Go for pleasant surprises and skimming. Its that kind of place. I grabbed three books I would never otherwise have known existed. Owner (or employee?) seemed dapper and friendly. Nice bookstore.

I spend many hours here every time I visit. I cannot stop going back. Great prices and the books are in decent condition too. Friendly people there. I sometimes find stuff that I couldnt possibly find anywhere else.

Cute little shop. The owner is pretty cool. Not a great selection for Economics or Philosophy, though.
