Not only was the worker condescending and rude, but he also sold me the wrong product. What he said would tone my hair and reduce the brassiness of my dyed blonde hair actually dyed it an ashy brown. It was on the more expensive side. The reason I went here was because it was significantly closer than Sally Beauty Supply. However, after experiencing this store I have no issue driving the extra 20 minutes and spending money on that gas for friendlier, more competent staff, and less expensive products.

First thing - this store is still open! I went there today and bought stuff. I think they close early on Friday and arent open on Saturday. I think Tim B. must be talking about another shop and on the one on OFarrell and Polk. I go for the inexpensive polish and nail stuff so its great for me.

Its kinda like the best of Sally Beauty met Ulta and had a cute boutique type baby. Very knowledgeable service, help me find exactly what I needed. Makeup, skin care etc. definitely would recommend for your beauty needs.
