There is always an associate available to assist with any questions that I may have. I can hardly walk into this store without buying something! The sales are great as well! Saw a beautiful Singer Sewing Machine that will be the perfect Birthday Gift to myself in 2 weeks! And its on SALE!!!! I Love It!!! Cant wait to start seewing new outfits and dresses for my granddaughters!!!

Great store, but if you dont go with coupons you are out of your mind. Often they have 50% off coupons online that you can use to place an order and pick up in store. Even if they say one use per order you can usually reuse by placing separate orders. Great selection of craft supplies, fabric, and seasonal decor.

Best Jo-ann store in area. Harrisburg, Lemoyne, and Carlisle. Lemoyne is nice but Harrisburg has a lot more variety
