Im giving 4 stars for the sales associate and the technician who were so very helpful and courteous under very stressful conditions. The sales associate had only been there a few weeks, but you could not tell. She was very knowledgeable and broke the cost down so we knew what to expect. The management of the store has a lot to be desired, and I would give it 1 star. There was only one associate who was supposed to handle every customer who walked into the door. No one could do that alone. There was another employee, but she wasnt a sales associate so Im not sure what her responsibilities were aside from answering the phone. Her responsibilities could have at minimum been expanded to at least assisting customer as to where to wait and controllling who would be next for service. I watch 3 different sales walk out the door in the time I was there. Thats just poor business management, poor customer service, and in the end will be the loss of a good employee when they cant handle it anymore.

Went in to the store to have a pair of broken glasses repaired. I had purchased them there 1 year ago and they had cost me close to $800. The bow had broke off 1 side. The sales manager at the front desk barely looked at them, said they couldnt be fixed. But offered me an appointment to get a new pair, since it was the last day of the year. I explained I would just get new frames and use the same lenses but she said the frames were no longer available and the lenses could only be put into the same exact frame. They were only interested in getting me to purchase a new pair. Im very frustrated and will never go back. They are a scam.

Horrible service. Took 30 mins to get service. And workers are rude.
