If you need a pair of glasses look no further. Best selection of frames in the Philadelphia area as well as a tremendous selection of sun glasses. Top notch staff across the board who are personable, knowledgeable and truly match the best options to your needs. Bob the optician went above and beyond to provide me the best options for my needs and taking the extra time to fully understand I am at a computer all day, coach multiple sports and have 3 kids 10 and under so durability was a big factor in my selection. He was able to find the perfect two pairs of Oakley frames for me and the entire staff jumped in on helping me decide which pair looked and fit best since I was there alone. Having my first eye exam in a couple years and just needing glasses for the first time in my mid 30s the Dr was fantastic explaining my diagnoses and why in just a couple years my script jumped 4 levels. I cant say enough about the customer service, the extra effort in understanding someones needs in their products and their knowledge in providing the best options. In this day and age Glasses Galore in Fairless Hills gets my vote as best practice in the Philadelphia area. Having had my first pair of glasses from a different company and having gone to numerous places with my wife I can honestly say this will be the only place we will go moving forward. An absolute slam dunk if your searching where to go for exams, prescription glasses or Sunglasses. They won me and my family as customers for life!

Im very disappointed , I was just there in March just got my second pair of glasses. I was told when I called them that they would give me a temporary glasses till Mines came in cause I have lost mines. I never got them,I told them I cant drive or see without them. Well guess what I had to borrow a pair from a friend. Now I got my Glasses wear them for a month Ii go to a specialist they tell me to read the letters I barely couldnt see them. They ask me when did I get them I told them in March . I was told to go back cause Im not seeing 20/20. So thats what I am doing today. Both time I went had to go back again,

I bought a pair of glasses that was supposed to get dark in the sun. One major problem was they didnt turn dark in the car. That was why I bought them. When I called to ask why, they said sorry thats the way they are made. They should tell the customer. Never go there.

well if you dont mind taking out a second mortgage then the place is ok, staff very unprofessional, taking vey long time to recieve glasses. Never waiting this long at other places
