I hate to say it but Oxford Valley Pharmacy is definitely going down hill. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Where they went I went. But I have noticed changes, many are just from slacking workers not checking to just stupidness. Example just recently...i called to make sure everything was ready to pick up. i was told on the phone yes. I got there and that was not the case. They never checked my sons insurance before i got there and then wanted to see my insurance card on him. Did i ment i have been a customer for 20 yrs...really?? Then by the pharmacist was told my sons inhaler mask isnt usually cover and is costly. I said did you check my insurance to see if they are covering it...He said no. Then began to check only to find out it was. Then he asked what size and after saying i had no idea that they came in sizes he walks over and says the only one we have is a baby small. Now really? Really? He said I guess that wont work for him. I said No. He said he would have to order a bigger size. I said they need to deliver it since i was told my order was ready and clearly that was a lie. Then on top of that one of the medications I bought was not even in my bag. I think they need to consider getting rid of the flakey people they have working there and start over. I never considered other pharmacies until now. They were always considered the best to me. I honestly can say that is no longer the case.

Everyone is very nice. If you have a question about anything if they dont know the answer they wont just tell you anything they are a nest. They will have you call your Dr for the answer if they dont know it. I really like that they deliver. I also really like how they are able to fill your scripts. I also really like the way they can package your meds. I take alot of pills. I really like the fact that they can put your meds in a weekly blister.

I was in the Oxford Valley Pharmacy today, and VERY pleased. The pharmacy is adequately staffed, everyone is friendly, and the price for my daughters four medications was over $80 bucks LESS than the local "Discount" chain pharmacy. At the other pharmacy I felt like a number. At Oxford Valley Pharmacy I felt like a patient. Thank You!

Kindest staff, and always willing to take the extra step! The pharmacists are great, and stop to answer all questions! We need to keep the mom and pop pharmacies strong! They are in it for the patient, not the next customer.
