Field and Stream shop is the worst firearms store I have ever experienced. They consistently put firearms for sale on their website as in store only and never actually have them in stock. They only stock guns they can put the highest mark up on and are not willing to work with you to order a gun or help you find the gun you are looking for. I have called almost every store and visited my local store frequently only to walk out empty handed because of poor customer service and business practices. I will never go there again.

Waited at gun counter for over 20 minutes with only 1 person helping everyone. More than 6 employees were standing around in front of store do nothing. CRAZY!!!! Needless to say, I left and went to Bobs gun shop and spent $580 within the hour. If there are people waiting call for help! Or if you see someone needs help jump in. Your Management needs to teach team work, customer service and cross train your employees.

I talked to someone in the gun dept and finally found what I wanted. I went to get signed up for the master card and came back in 5 min and had to take a number. After waiting another 20 min, I threw the number down on the counter and went to get dinner. I came back after 30 min and my number was next so I picked up my same number off the counter and waited another 20 min and no one was around so I just left.

Have been there five times since they been open for out of five times had a very bad experience . Took my wife out to buy her a gun for her birthday got there took a number waited for an hour and then they said they werent even doing numbers. Asked him questions and I dont know what youre talking about.. its at the point where its not even worth going there

Its a nice field and stream store also really clean. My son and I stopped in on our way though and ended up buying a new pistol while we were there. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. A lot of great mounts. Stop in even if you dont need anything from here its a nice place to see. But you probably wont leave with out buying something.

This was an awesome Field & Stream location. Its exactly what you would expect. That being said, its not really anything special. Its just like all of the other locations. But, that doesnt mean it is any worse. I had a great experience here. There was always someone willing to help when I needed it and the employees were extremely nice.

Bought a gun here a couple weeks ago and travis helped me. He was great. Came back to buy another gun and a chubby guy behind the counter who seemed stoned or hungover asked if I was looking for a "gat"... This guy is a moron and made me cringe. I hope this guy gets put in another department because hes too dumb to be around guns.

This is a nice store if you just need to pick some things up, but DO NOT use their archery department for anything. I made this mistake on a string replacement. I went here because it was a convenient location and am beyond disappointed in the service. I should have known better and went to a real archery store.

Very typical Field and Stream. It is newer than most though being built in Erie recently. It is a large store. You can look around without people breathing down your neck. Yet, when you need an employee one can always be found quickly. Prices are high but they are a chain so what do you really expect?

The store was great! But, I wish they would have had a bigger inventory though. I was looking for a vest and only found limited sizes of limited options. But, I am glad to have an outdoors store in Erie. They provide products that you cant find anywhere else near here.

I love this store. Large selection of outdoor, hunting and fishing supplies. Not a cheap store but you do get good quality for the money. Join the advantage club to earn perks. I like their storage for the weapons you bring in to get parts for etc... safe store...

Awesome place, they help with online orders as well as everything outdoorsy you need. You can get fishing and hunting license as well as take safety classes for firearms and test bows. Their mounts there are amazing and is definitely worth a stop if you are in Erie.

Amazing store, one in which I really like spending time. The people are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Prices are usually some of the best, which is typical for a high-volume retailer. I definitely make time for a stop when Im in the area.

I looked yesterday to see the hrs and it told me 5am to such and such time i just looked again now and the times changes now i didnt get to get what i wanted because of this.i really think that they need to get their time coordination correct.

Nice and convenient location, however, I do not understand how they can stay in business with the prices they have. With online shopping a few clicks away they really need to evaluate their pricing. Midway, amazon, and brownells for me.

Love this place I just wish they would have checked to make sure they got the sensors off my clothes ! Now I have to go back.and hoe embarrassing is it gonna be if I set off the sensors trying to take it back to get the tag off ....

If you need anything for your outdoor adventures, this is your place. Fishing, hunting, camping, kayaking, etc. If you need it they have it. Very knowledgeable staff and will help provide you with as much information as possible.

Awesome store!! Just as fun to walk around the store viewing the mounts as it is to shop there. Love relaxing by the fireplace, too. Helpful, courteous staff. Wish I had a few thousand dollars to go crazy with in this store!

I mean of course they are a little overpriced with their parent company being Dicks (the sporting goods store, geeze) but they have a very massive selection and a store that is just fun to walk around.

Nice clean store. Prices were good but a bit high. Could not find anyone to help us find prices of PFDs. So we did not buy one. Would have spent money if had some help finding items and prices.

Erie PA I love this store, seeing all the taxidermy animals there never gets old. It amazes me that they can do those huge grizzly bears, moose, elk and of course the HUGE Buffalo

Delivering to the store with a road tractor can be a bit tricky getting around the building. Make sure you enter from the left side if you are going to the dock
