I was waiting for a part to come in from the main hub which they said would arrive by 1 PM. I waited in their parking lot for the second shipment of the day which didnt come until 4:30 PM. However, my parts were not included in the second shipment and they said it should be on the third, which should be arriving from Jersey by 630. So I left
