Decent, clean, usually helpful - mostly managers. A bit pricey. Would like to see more actual sales - not the kind of "sales" when you do the math youre not really getting a deal. There have been too many times at self checkout, the employee that is too assist customers is at times distracted, bad attitude like were inconveniencing them or just flat out doesnt help. Again, this is not ALL employees at self checkout, but there have been a handful during our experiences over the years - we usually shop there twice each week, sometimes more. But when theres better deals, we go to weis instead.

Best store in th area. One stop shop! Now has a starbucks too n a bank and a pharmacy.....great deals and fantastic flowers n arrangements....always bought bouquets for the office there n theyd last one to two weeks. Has most up to date healthy options like vegan n vegetarian. Great fresh nuts n dried fruits aisle for bulk purchase. Fresh foods ARE fresh!!! Also has dent n ding shelf for cereals n boxed goods n baked goods. I save lots there for my kids who eat things quick. Also get points to save in gas.....best of th best!

Its sad to say but this store doesnt have many hard working youth. Most of the young employees ignore you, smash your bread, or worst. This is a store that wi.ll turn your cupcakes upside down to scan the Barcode on the top. Expect to bag your own groceries here as well. C They do have a large organic section. And its got a Starbucks stand and a bank inside of it.

We shop here 5+ days a week. Most of the staff are very kind and helpful. Recently the Organic/Natural section lost its head employee and has really gone down hill. Things are in the wrong place and many items are spread out to make the shelves look stocked. We have spoken with management a few times but not seen any improvements.

Overall good grocery shopping experience. Good choice and products and they always have what I want or need. Recently added a whole beer and wine section which is a plus! Also good Bonus buys and points off gas for shopping! Sometimes there wont be enough people on the checkout lanes and the bag packers could be better at times.

At first I didnt want to be like all the other Suburban nights and go to Giant Foods instead of darrenkamps or Weis Markets. But then after going to all three several times I find myself always choosing giant. Darrenkamps has better deals on meats and cheeses in the deli, but for normal groceries I always come to Giant in E-Town

Always has cool stuff to look at in their clearance section. Love the hours and self-checkout. Really good made-in-store picks like blueberry muffins, potato salad and fried chicken. Plus its easy to rack up points here with a bonus card.

Not so friendly staff. Often times have to ask different employees for help. There is usually no one at the alcohol register. They have you re-directed to a food register but signs are not placed near the alcohol register.

This store is "adequate". By that I mean it has most of the things youd look for but its on the small side so there isnt a wide selection of many things and products Ive seen carried in other Giant stores are not present.

Only needed a few things, no small carts available at the entrance. This has been the case several times in the past two months. Only one checkout with a clerk was open and already had four customers in line.

Coffee Shop A++++!!! I lovee the girl who runs it! Organic has the best selection!! I have never had any problem with the meat! And the Manger there is great, hes always helped me with my questions too!!

Giant is Giant. They have stuff I need, never had an issue. Staff is awesome, they had customer service hold my stuff for a couple minutes because I left my card in my work pants.
